The SkyWand is a cordless, handheld UV LED spot lamp built for rework, field service, and curing parts too large or awkward for a benchtop system. It delivers a constant UV output at 365 or 405 nm that will not fade as the battery drains, every cure gets full intensity.
Two swappable 3.7 V 3000 mAh Li-ion packs keep it running all day, charge one while the other is in use (about four hours to full). Cool-running solid-state LEDs mean no warm-up and instant, hands-free spot curing wherever the work is.
Everything ships in a protective carry case with a charger, two batteries, and UV-protective goggles, grab it and go. A single trigger switch keeps operation simple for technicians on the line or in the field.

Which wavelength should I choose?
Match the wavelength to your adhesive: 365 nm for deep or through-cure and older chemistries, 405 nm for most modern UV adhesives. Your datasheet lists the wavelength it needs.
Is it really cordless?
Yes, the SkyWand is battery-powered and fully handheld. It ships with two rechargeable Li-ion packs, so you can run one while the other charges for all-day use.
Does UV output drop as the battery drains?
No. The lamp holds a constant UV output, intensity stays at full strength and won't fade until the battery is empty, so every cure gets the same dose.
Do the LEDs need warm-up?
No, solid-state LEDs are instant on/off with no warm-up. A single trigger switch turns the UV on and off for simple, hands-free operation.
How do I pick wavelength and exposure?
