Quotes & ordering

Prices are provided by written quote and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is formed when you accept a quote in writing (including by email) and we acknowledge it. Product images and application illustrations are representative.

Pricing & payment

Payment is by invoice, secure payment link, ACH, or card, processed through Stripe. Net-30 terms are available to approved business accounts; otherwise payment is due before shipment. Prices exclude tax, duties, and freight unless the quote says they're included.

Shipping & lead time

In-stock items typically ship in 24–48 hours; made-to-order items ship per the quoted lead time. Shipments are FOB origin and freight is quoted separately. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are handed to the carrier at our facility. Inspect shipments on arrival and note any transit damage with the carrier.

Warranty

Systems carry a 2-year OEM warranty; accessories carry a 1-year warranty; consumables (arc lamps, filters, batteries) are warranted against defects only, not service-life wear. Our sole obligation is to repair or replace a defective item. See Returns & Warranty for the claim process.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item involved, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intended use & safety

This is industrial equipment that emits intense ultraviolet light. You are responsible for operating it safely, training operators, and providing appropriate protective equipment and shielding. Please read the UV Safety Guide and the system manual before use.

What we collect

Only what you send us: the fields you submit on a quote or contact form (name, company, email, phone, and your application details) and any email correspondence. We don't build profiles or track you across other sites.

How we use it

To respond to your quote, fulfill orders, and provide support. We don't sell or rent your information, and we won't send marketing without your consent. We share details with a carrier or payment processor only as needed to complete your order.

Payment data

Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; Stripe processes them under its own security and privacy terms.

Retention & your choices

We keep quote and order records as long as needed for the business relationship and legal requirements. To ask what we hold, or to have your information corrected or deleted, email sales@uvspotshop.com.

Cookies

This is a static site and doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies are limited to what the hosting platform needs to serve the pages.

30-day returns

Unused equipment in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be undamaged and complete. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How to start an RMA

Request a return authorization by emailing sales@uvspotshop.com with your order number, part number, and reason. We'll issue an RMA number and return instructions, please don't ship items back without one.

Exclusions

Consumables that have been put into service, arc lamps once ignited, filters, and batteries, and custom-length or custom-configured light guides are not returnable except for a warranty defect.

Warranty claims

For a warranty issue, contact us with the model, serial number, and a description of the symptom (photos help). We'll troubleshoot, and if the item is defective we'll repair or replace it. Advance replacement is available for line-down situations so you're not waiting on a return. See Support & RMA.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method.
